Made with rhodium-plated or gold-plated hand-wrapped wire bangles and Sterling Silver or 14kt Gold-Filled charm-size (1/2 x 1/4 inch) patron saint medals.Born to French nobility, Rocco had always had sympathy for the poor and sick. After losing both his parents when he was 20, Roch dispersed his fortune to the poor. His fondness for the sick convinced him to bless those suffering from plague, and those he blessed became healed. When he himself became sick, he went to a forest to die, only to be found and taken care of by a dog. The dog's owner found Roch and became his acolyte. Healed, he was arrested in 1322, on suspicion of being a Pilgrim spy, and died five years later in prison.
